Experience
Immerse yourself in deep relaxation with the Platinum Zen, our most indulgent Japanese Head Spa experience, performed on the luxurious YUME bed. This advanced treatment is designed to restore optimal scalp health through targeted cleansing, exfoliation, and nourishment, helping to rebalance the scalp and create the ideal environment for stronger, healthier hair from the root.
Your journey begins with a Bespoke Scalp Analysis, where our specialists carefully assess your scalp’s unique condition. By identifying concerns such as dryness, excess oil, sensitivity, or buildup, we tailor the treatment to support long-term scalp balance and hair health.
Next, a Rejuvenating Scalp Exfoliation works to gently lift away impurities, excess oil, and dead skin cells that can block hair follicles and disrupt the scalp’s natural balance. This purifying step refreshes the scalp while stimulating circulation, preparing it to fully absorb the nourishing treatments that follow.
You’ll then experience our Therapeutic Head Spa & Scalp Massage, designed to boost blood flow, relieve tension, and support a healthier scalp ecosystem. Specialised massage techniques across the scalp, head, neck, and shoulders help stimulate the hair follicles while encouraging deep relaxation throughout the body.
To further enhance the experience, soothing touches including a hand and arm massage, eye mask, and heated blanket allow you to fully unwind while the scalp treatment works to rebalance and revitalise the scalp.
The ritual is completed with a Glow Reawakening Facial Refresh, providing gentle hydration and a cooling finish while you continue to relax on the YUME bed.
Throughout your visit, enjoy a complimentary hydrating herbal tea to complete your restorative escape.

Frequently
asked
questions
How often should I shampoo my hair?
It depends on your hair type and scalp condition. Generally, 2–3 times per week is enough for most people. If you have an oily scalp, live in a polluted area, or use a lot of products, more frequent washing may be needed. For dry or curly hair types, less frequent shampooing can help preserve natural oils.
Why should I focus shampoo on my scalp, not my ends?
Shampoo is designed to cleanse the scalp and remove oil, buildup, and debris. Your ends don’t produce oil—they just need gentle cleansing, which they’ll get as you rinse the shampoo out. Over-scrubbing the lengths can cause dryness or damage
Do I need to shampoo twice?
In some cases, yes. The first wash removes surface dirt and oil, while the second allows the active ingredients in your shampoo to penetrate and treat the scalp more effectively. If your hair feels especially oily or you use styling products regularly, a double shampoo can make a big difference.
