Refund Policy

Once products leave the care of GM Scalp, no exchanges or refunds will be issued. This applies to both online and in-clinic purchases. Products are not eligible for exchange or refund under any circumstances except where GM Scalp is at fault.

There is no refund on treatments, treatment packages and sale items, unless in exceptional circumstances accompanied by a doctors certificate. Treatments and packages may be swapped over to other treatments of equal or less value.
